PASSENGER COMPARTMENT HEATING AND VENTILATION SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC B60H1/06 H02P7/29

Abstract RU 2332313 C1

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to car industry, in particular, to car passenger compartment heating and ventilation system. The system comprises a piping, a major and minor cooling liquid flow circuits, a heater valve and a radiator, fan motor (15), pulse-duration modulation circuit (7), diode (13), power switch (10), stabiliser (16), car interior temperature pickup (2), temperature controller (3), differential amplifier (5), amplifier (8), bipolar emitter follower (9), second diode (11) and capacitor (12). Additionally, the system incorporates current pickup (1), unbalanced charging circuit (4), filter capacitor (19), voltage divider (20), comparator (21), safety diode (6), mode selector (22) and resistor (23). Note here that the second output of fan motor (15) is connected to the first input of current pickup (1) and the input of unbalanced charging circuit (4) with its output connected to filter capacitor (19) and comparator (21) inverting input. The said comparator noninverting input is connected to the output of voltage divider (20) with its second output connected to the input of stabiliser (16). The second output of current pickup (1), the third output of voltage divider (20), the second output of filter capacitor (19) and the supply common output of stabiliser (21) are connected to the supply common bus. The output of comparator (21) is connected to the cathode of safety diode (6) with its anode connected to the input of pulse-duration modulation circuit (7) and the output of mode selector (22), its first input being connected to the supply common bus. Temperature controller (3) is connected to the second input of mode selector (22) its third input being connected, via resistor (23), with the output of differential amplifier (5).

EFFECT: higher reliability and ease of using the car heating system.
