FIELD: transportation; heating.
SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric conditioner is outfitted by stabiliser (16), heat sensor (2) of saloon, heat sensor (1) of ventilating flue, setting mechanism (3) of saloon temperature, the first and the second difference booster (4, 5), switching circuit (19) of current polarity, two circuits (21, 22) of module separation, logic (6), booster (8), bipolar emitter replicator (9), the second diode (11) and condenser (12). Inverting input of the first difference booster (4) is connected to heat sensor (1) of ventilating flue, its noninverting input - to heat sensor (2) of saloon, and output through the first circuit (21) of module separation - with the first input of logic (6). Heat sensor (2) of saloon is connected to inverting input of the second difference booster (5), noninverting input of which is setting mechanism (3) of saloon temperature, and its output through the second circuit (22) of module separation - with the second output of logic (6). Logic output (6) is connected to input of circuit of (7) pulse-width modulating, output of which is connected to booster input (8). Booster output (8) is connected to input of bipolar emitter replicator (9), and its output-to power key lock (10). Power key source (10) is connected to cathode of diode (13), the first output of condenser (12) and the first output of electric fan (15). The second condenser output (12) is connected to booster power lead (8), bipolar emitter replicator (9) and cathode of the second of diode (11), anode of which is connected to source of power key (10), stabiliser input (16) and to positive power bus. Third outputs of bipolar emitter replicator (9), booster (8), electric fan (15) and stabiliser (16) are connected to negative power bus. Stabiliser output (16) is connected to circuit of (7) pulse-width modulating, difference boosters (4, 5), sensors (1, 2) and setting mechanism (3) of saloon temperature. Output of the second difference booster (5) is connected to input of switching circuit of (19) current polarity, output of which is connected to thermoelectric cell (20).
EFFECT: ride comfort rising in the inside of a car.
