FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the equipment used in operation of fuel tanks and can be used at service stations, airfield and aircraft carrier fuel reservoirs etc. The method includes bleeding fuel mix vapors from the fuel tank, fuel vapor condensation in the vapor condenser, forcing the condensate back into the tank and emptying the tank. The gas mix cooling in the said condenser is effected due to liquid nitrogen evaporation. The fuel vapor mix is purified, after the condenser, of fuel vapors in the adsorber. Now, the purified nitrogen and that evaporated in the condenser are liquefied in the re-condenser and are forced into a cryogenic vessel. The device contains a fuel tank, a priming vessel, a cryogenic vessel with liquid nitrogen, a fuel vapor condenser with an evaporator, an accumulator, a heat exchanger and control valves. The device incorporates also a liquid nitrogen re-condenser communicating with the evaporator and the cryogenic vessel, an adsorber arranged between the fuel vapor and re-condenser.
EFFECT: ruling out fuel vapor blowout into environment.
