SUBSTANCE: liquid composition of an active substance with herbicidal activity, containing (a) from 1 up to 50%-mass of one or several insoluble in water or soluble in water up to 10 g/l herbicidal active substances selected from the groups, including biscarbamates, sulfonates, triazines, phenoxyphenoxypropionates, heteroaryloxyphenoxypropionates and sulfonylurea, (b) from 5 up to 80%-mass of the system of surface-active agents/solvent which contains α) one or several surface-active substances on a non-aromatic base and β) as the solvent of one or the several insoluble in water or soluble in water up to 10 g/l triethers of phosphoric acid with alcohols from the group, which consists of 1) of mono-atomic alcohols from 5-22 atoms of carbon, 2) diols or polyols, 3) aryl-, alkylaryl-, poly(alkyl)aryl- and poly(aralkyl)-arylalcohols, 4) alkoxylated alcohols, which are obtained at interaction of the earlier specified in 1), 2) or 3) alcohols with alkylene oxides, and 5) alkoxylated alcohols, which are obtained at the interaction of mono-atomic alcohols with 1-4 atoms of carbon and alkylene oxides, and the sum of all components a) and b) makes 100%. The method of obtaining the composition includes mixing all components.

EFFECT: increase of ecological compatibility of the composition.
