SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the system surfactant - solvent (surface active substance - solvent) for liquid organic preparative pesticide forms that comprises: (b1) one or some aromatic hydrocarbon-base surfactants chosen from group involving (b1.1) (poly)ethoxylated phenol; (b1.2) (poly)alkylphenolethoxylates; (b1.3) (poly)arylphenolethoxylates; (b1.4) compounds that represent product of interaction of molecules described in (b1.1) - (b1.3) with phosphoric acid, and their salts neutralized with a base; (b1.5) acid and neutralized with a base (poly)alkyl- and (poly)-arylbenzenesulfonates, and (b2) one or some fully esterified organic phosphates and/or phosphonates as a solvent and chosen from group comprising (b2.1) esters of phosphoric acid with alcohols; (b2.2) phosphonates based on biesterified alcohols and/or alkoxylates alcohols of alkyl, aryl, alkylaryl, poly(alkyl)aryl or poly(arylalkyl)-arylphosphonic acid and wherein three alcoholic moieties of phosphoric acid ester (b2.1) or two alcoholic moieties of phosphonate (b2.2) can be similar or different and they are chosen so that ester represent a water-insoluble solvent at 20°C or a water-soluble solvent in the concentration below 5 g/l, and doesn't form micellar aggregates in aqueous solution, and wherein components (b1) and (b2) are taken in the weight ratio = (100:1)-(1:100). Liquid preparative form comprises: (a) from 1 to 50 weight% of one or some substances that are active as pesticides and representing water-insoluble substances mainly; (b) from 5 to 80 weight of system surfactant - solvent; (c) from 0 to 40 weigh% of organic solvents; (d) from 0 to 30 weight% of surfactant; (e) from 0 to 20 weight% of usual accessory substances, and (f) from 0 to 94 weight% of water. Invention provides realization of the proposed compound.
