METHOD FOR DETERMINING NEUROVEGETATIVE STATUS OF PREGNANT WOMEN Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61B5/452

Abstract RU 2332927 C1

FIELD: medicine; midwifery.

SUBSTANCE: ECG registration is conducted at 5 stages of examination, i.e. in the initial resting state, during mental workload, during restoration after mental workload, during hyperventilation and during restoration after hyperventilation load. The spectral variability analysis of cardiac rhythm is conducted (VCR) with oscillation frequency allotment within the following ranges: very low-frequency band VLF 0.0033-0.04 Hz, low-frequency band LF 0.05-0.15 Hz, high-frequency band HF 0.16-0.8 Hz with determination of spectral power density (SPD) of cardiac rhythm variability in the said ranges and vagosympatic balance of body (VSI). The average value of vagosympatic index (VSIav) is additionally determined as arithmetic mean of valuated amount of VSI indexes at 5 stages of examination with load trials, total variability indicant (TVI) being determined as a logarithm of valuated amount of VLF, LF, HF at all the stages of examination. If VSBinitial and VSBav totals to 0.35-0.70 and SPD totals to 2.40-2.70, then the neurovegetative status of a woman is determined as a balanced one. If VSBinitial and VSBav is more than 0.70 and SPD totals to more than 2.70, then the neurovegetative status of a woman is determined as a misbalanced one with predomination of parasympathetic nervous system activity. If LF is more than 1.20 and VSBinitial and VSBav total to 0.35-0.70, then the neurovegetative status of a woman is determined as an increased activity of pressosensitive regulating system and barodys functional type of VRS. If VSBinitial and VSBav are less than 0.35 and SPD is less than 2.40, then the depressive type of VRS I and energy-deficient misbalanced neurovegetative status of a woman with predomination of sympathetic nervous system activity is determined. If VSBinitial and VSBav are more than 0.70 and SPD is less than 2.40, then the depressive type of VRS II and energy-deficient misbalanced neurovegetative status of a woman with predomination of parasympathetic nervous system activity is determined. If VSBinitial and VSBav are less than 0.35 and SPD is more than 2.70, then the hyper-adaptive type of VRS and misbalanced neurovegetative status of a woman with increased activity of central adrenergic nervous system is determined.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of validation of neurovegetative status of a pregnant woman.
