FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: first laparoscope is entered on an average line. Trocars are entered into the right and left hypochondrium and the edge of the big epiploon is winded on the instrument entered through a trocar. Using the second instrument stomach is pulledup. Under the laparoscope control, the nonvascular mesentery site of cross-segmented intestine is punched. The laparoscope is introduced into omental bag. The lesion of retroperitoneal space and a pancreas is examined and estimated. Then through the left hypochondrium, the second laparoscope is introduced into abdominal cavity. At simultaneous illumination of omental bag and abdominal cavity, a safe place for introduction of the second laparoscope in to omental bag through gastrocolic ligamen is defined. The second laparoscope is introduced into omental bag. A microirrigator is placed,through a trocar, in gastrocolic ligament.
EFFECT: effective treatment of disease at early stages and prevention of complications.
