FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery and can be used for treatment of patients with destructive forms of pancreatitis. Two perforated from one end drainage tubes of different diametre are installed. From non-perforated end tube of smaller diametre is sewn through opposite walls with thread and tied. One end of thread is cut off. The other thread end is passed through opening of tube with larger diametre. After that tube of smaller diametre is passed into abdominal cavity through trocar installed in right subcostal area. From abdominal cavity by means of paparoscopic tools tube of smaller diametre is passed into ormental bursa cavity with perforated end. Sewn end of tube must protrude into abdominal cavity on 2-3 cm. Then tube of larger size is passed through barrel of the same trocar into abdominal cavity and installed in epigasteral area. After that led out thread is fixed to external end of tube with larger diametre, external diametre of one tube corresponding or being smaller than internal diametre of the other one. Additionally in sloping places of abdominal cavity drainages for removing pathologic liquid are installed.

EFFECT: method allows to drain ormental bursa into abdominal cavity and outside through drainage tubes adequately, prevents secondary infection of ormental bursa through drainage tube.
