FIELD: mechanics, transport.

SUBSTANCE: pneumatic sorting table incorporates a frame supporting a deck arranged thereon and provided with a peeling and formed layers separation site and a working surface(zones of a light, main and heavy fraction transportation), an air-leveling plane located below the deck and furnished with air-feed holes, a drive mechanism to make the deck with the aforesaid site vibrate, a fan and adjusting appliances. The deck perforated working surfaces are limited by a loading and unloading edges with adjoining ledges and are provided with louvered ledges. The edges of louvered ledges are arranged on the working surface of the peeling site parallel to and facing the unloading ledge, while the equal-height edges of louvered ledges on the deck working surface and in separation zone are arranged perpendicular to the unloading ledge and directed towards and along the heavy fraction motion. The separation site is arranged between the peeling site and the deck working surface (transportation zones). The air-leveling plane is provided only below the separation site and the deck working surface and consists of several sections with a different cross-sections decreasing in steps from one section to another starting from the separation site, and further on, to the sections below the zone of transportation of the base and heavy fractions extending from the separation site and the deck ledge to the unloading ledge, and, finally, to the section below the light fraction transportation zone with a zero cross-sections (without the holes).

EFFECT: higher quality of grain mix separation and higher efficiency of the table operation.
