FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: present invention can be used for post-harvest processing of grain crops. The method involves receiving grain heaps, pre-removal of non-grain extraneous material with separation in a waste bin, air-screen separation and sorting with separation of off-grade seeds, vibration-pneumatic separation with removal of extraneous material that is hard to remove, and screening with removal of long and short extraneous material. After screening the final cleaned seed fraction of the heap is put into a storage bin for cleaned seeds. Extraneous material, obtained after air-screen separation, vibration-pneumatic separation and screening is put into a fodder grain storage bin. The line comprises a receiving device, pre-cleaner, machine for air-screen separation and sorting, screening unit, as well as a pneumatic sorting table, storage bins for wastes, fodder grain, cleaned seeds, lifting-transporting device, and grain pipes for feeding processed material into devices mentioned above. The pneumatic sorting table is mounted in front of the screening unit.
EFFECT: increased output of 1st class seeds and their quality.
