FIELD: constructional engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to constructional engineering, in particular to wind-protective braces. Wind-protective brace is designed for plates latching, in particular roof tile, on load-bearing roof structure. Brace is formed of multiply curved steel sheet fragment. On the first end or nearby, brace has latching area for load-bearing roof structure connection, while on the end of the second end or nearby it has clinch-shaped contact area for plates attachment. The steel sheet fragment has two latching zones for two plates attachment. Two latching zones form clinch-shaped contact and out-of-plane shear guide for the third plate and clinch-shaped contact and in-plane shear guide for the second plate.
EFFECT: increased retention force against wind suction and simplified installation procedure.
