FIELD: petroleum industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the petroleum industry and can be used for treatment of crude oil emulsion at oil treatment installations. The substance of the invention is as follows: during oil treatment crude oil emulsion delivered from oil fields is fed into preliminary water removal units divided into two stages: at the first stage - separation of water from crude oil emulsion in preliminary water removal units and discharge of part of water to water treatment installations; at the second stage - separation of the main part of water, feeding crude oil emulsion to the inlet of buffer tanks, cold separation of gas from crude oil emulsion in the buffer tanks, partial separation of water and discharge of water to water treatment installations, heating up of crude oil emulsion in the furnace, hot dewatering of crude oil emulsion at hot settling stages, desalination of crude oil emulsion in dehydrators with feeding fresh water to dehydrators, feeding drainage water after hot settling and dehydrators to the beginning of the process, to the preliminary water removal units, delivery of treated oil from dehydrators to heat exchangers, reduction of content of hydrogen sulfide in the stripper and pumping oil to the consumer. Fresh water after additional warming up is fed to the outlet of the hot desalination system and to the inlet of the raw oil pump prior to being heated up in the furnace. The demulsificator is delivered to the same place. 5 dehydrators united into 2 sections are used as redundant dehydrators. 3 dehydrators of the first section are interconnected by pipes parallel to uniting all outlets into one pipeline; 2 dehydrators of the second section are interconnected parallel to uniting all outlets into one pipeline. Water contained in the additional settling tank, is fed to the inlet of the buffer tanks.
EFFECT: provision of high quality oil treatment.
