FIELD: oil and oil refining industries; treatment of oil under field conditions and at high desalting in electric desalting plants of oil refineries.
SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes crude oil supply manifold, water drainage reservoir, gas separation stage, surge tank, preliminary water drainage reservoir, emulsion breaker, crude oil pump, drop forming unit, dehydrator stage settler, mixing unit, desalting stage settler, heat exchanger, technological reservoirs, stock tank, oil recording unit and drainage water recirculation pipe line; all these components are interconnected by means of pipe lines. Mixing unit is made in form of reservoir provided with flushing fresh water inlet and oil inlet and outlet. Fresh flushing water inlet is provided with electric vibrating jet mixer located in oil inlet zone. Proposed method provides for reduction of salt content by 1.5-3 times as compared with known methods.
EFFECT: reduced number of mixing units; improved quality of oil desalting.
