FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of atomic energetics and can be used for separation of moisture from moist vapour followed by its superheating in connection to the steam turbines of high-power, which work on saturated vapour. The separator-super-heater is proposed. Includes a tube bundle from spiral conic coils around which it is located a separative device, which consists of rotating blades and batches of louvers, the chamber for the supply of the heating steam, the outlet nozzle of superheated steam, collector-separator and the chamber of the outlet of the condensate of the heating vapour, in this case on the external surface of the case is placed the collector ring which is connected with the internal volume of the separator through an annular slot in the case, inside the collector ring is mounted a perforated core barrel, on its lower wall there is a pipeline for removing the separated moisture, and the inlet nozzle for moist vapour of the collector ring is located on a tangent to the case of the separator - super-heater and the collector-separator is placed on the lower bottom of the separator - super-heater and is in the form of a cylindrical vessel with a cylinder course coaxially placed in it and the drain pipeline, forming annular chambers connected by conduit, the channel and a volume with corresponding steps of the separator, furthermore the chamber for the supply of the heating vapour is located on the head of the separator - super-heater, and the chamber of the outlet of the condensate of the heated steam - on the lateral surface of the case on its lower part. The input stand pipe of the tube bundle canted in rows on the periphery of the tube plate of chamber for the supply of the heating vapour.

EFFECT: increase the effectiveness of the work of the separative device and the reliability of work of the separator - super-heater.
