SUBSTANCE: ventilator is intended for normalising the temperature and humidity regime, liquidation of stagnant zones, removal of excess air from the internal volume of a building. The ventilation device contains valves of one-sided action and louvers, connected sectionally, in this case between the valves and the louver are established two plates from transparent material, with perforations of the diameters 6-10 mm, in such a manner that the distance between the plates is 10-12 mm, and the centers of the openings of the plates are displaced by 4-5 mm.
EFFECT: noise reduction during strong gusts of wind.
