FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical equipment for machine part test beds, particularly for testing chain drives and safety couplings. The said test bed incorporates an induction motor drive and a loading induction generator drive connected, via a common controller, to the power supply, coupling appliances to joint the motor and generator shafts with a part to be tested. Note that an adjustable frequency converter with independent frequency and voltage control is used as the said controller. Note that the couplings feature a transmission ratio selected from the range of 1.1 to 1.5.
EFFECT: expanded performances of the testbed.
