FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to urinology and urinary incontinence treatment of men with synthetic loop implantation around urethra. The belt is placed in such a way that it encircles urethra below in membranous portion. The belt is implanted with widening central part in the form of a flap. The belt is made of reticulate material or material with orifices forming net. The flap is placed so that it encircles urethra from below and along the membranous portion between pendulous and prostatic portions of urethra. The centre of the flap is placed below urethra, nearer to its prostatic portion. The flap is directed to the pendulous portion of urethra. In particular case, the belt is used with the flap of square or trapezoidal shape. The flap is joined with center of the belt along one side of the square or trapezia. The belt is used with the flap the width of which is 12-35 mm. The method ensures painless compression and prevents urinary incontinence.
EFFECT: assurance of painless compression and prevention of urinary incontinence.
