FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology. A flap is inserted into the soft tissues through the vagina. The treatment is therein conducted at a urethral pressure of 20 to 50 cm WG and the consistency of the fourth micturition reflex according to Mahoney based on the results of dynamic profilometry. The flap is implanted in the space between the anterior vaginal wall and the urethra in the proximal part thereof, securing on the neck of the urinary bladder with separate sutures.
EFFECT: method increases the effectiveness of treatment, as not only anatomical or mechanistic, but also physiological underlying mechanisms of the disease are considered, reduces the labour intensity and invasiveness of surgical intervention, reduces the probability of occurrence of postoperative complications, and reduces the time of rehabilitation of patients.
