The method involves prescription of individual hypocaloric diet and administration of 50 mg of Losartane medication once in the morning for at least 24 weeks. In comparison to other angiotensin receptor antagonist medications, administration of Losartane in the said dosage allows total normalisation of thrombocyte homeostasis in patients with metabolic syndrome by elimination of thrombocyte aggregation, adhesion and intravascular activity disorders.
EFFECT: possibility of total normalisation of thrombocyte homeostasis in patients with metabolic syndrome.
