SUBSTANCE: invention concerns normalisation of functions of thrombocytes at patients with arterial hypertonia (AH) at a metabolic syndrome (MS). For this purpose within 2 months carry out the complex therapy including a hypohigh-calorie diet, also administration of medicinal preparations: fozinopril in a dose of 1 times of 10 mg in the morning, indapamide in a dose of 2.5 mg in the morning, atorvastatin in a dose of 30 mg for the night and metformin on 500 mg 2 times a day.
EFFECT: expansion of an arsenal of ways of effective correction thrombocyte hemostasis at patients with metabolic syndrome; reduction of thrombotic complications at the expense of an optimum combination of non-medicamental therapy and specific medicinal preparations in the doses specified above during empirically certain course of treatment.
