FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to mixing, homogenising and dispersing equipment for emulsification of immiscible materials and may be used in chemical, fuel and energy, food and pulp and paper industries, in construction, mining and other industries. Rotor-pulse device of pulsating, hydropercussion and cavitation action contains casing with nozzles, rotor, stator, which have end contiguous working surfaces, in which stator ring under effect of pressure springs automatically selects clearance, which is created as a result of abrasive-cavitation wear. Rotor-pulse device has openings of different length and incline in rotor and stator, and openings of small diameter are arranged in rows. Besides, openings in rotor ring are arranged either perpendicularly to contiguous surface, or at the angle to it.

EFFECT: increase of capacity with simultaneous reduction of power inputs in technological processes of dispersion, emulsification, preparation of suspensions, acceleration of multiple physico-chemical reactions with simultaneous pasteurisation and sterilisation of colloidal solutions.
