FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fat-and-oil industry. The method includes moisture removal from soap stocks by sedimentation to the two layers: fatty one and emulsion one with further reagentless flotation of the emulsion layer and removal of the emerged fat mass by a skimming device and transfer of the floated emulsion layer to the ultrafiltration membrane with the pore size of 300-500 A° with further transfer of the fat mass from the skimming device and concentrated by the membrane emulsion layer to the previously extracted fatty layer with obtaining of soap stock concentrate.
EFFECT: improvement of the technology of the reagentless concentration of soap stocks, increase of productivity of the membrane device and soap stock concentration.
