FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of beer production includes preparation of mash, mash saccharification, separation of wort from brewing waste, boiling wort with hop, fermentation, after-fermentation, filtration and bottling of end-product under excessive pressure of saturant gas. Prior to bottling saturant gas is introduced into beer, as such xenon or gas mixture containing xenon being used to obtain balanced state gas-liquid. Prior to saturation process of degasing can be carried out. As gas mixture for saturation, mixture of xenon and carbon dioxide can be used. As gas mixture for saturation, mixture containing 50% of xenon and 50% of carbon dioxide can be used. As gas mixture, mixture containing 15% of xenon 85% of carbon dioxide is used.
EFFECT: developement of new xenon property, revealed in its combination with beer and consists in reduction of toxic action of alcohol on liver when consuming beer saturated with xenon dissolved in it.
