FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective layer for protection of component part against corrosion and oxidation at high temperatures. Protective layer consists of the following elements, mass %: rhenium 0.5-2, chrome 15-21, cobalt 24-26, aluminium 9-11.5, yttrium and/or at least one equivalent metal from the group containing scandium and elements of rare-earth metals 0.05-0.7, ruthenium 0.0-1, the rest being nickel, as well as unavoidable admixtures conditioned by manufacturing. Protective layer can contain microelements carbon, oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen collectively constituting < 0.5%, content of carbon being < 250·10-4, content of oxygen < 400·10-4, content of nitrogen < 100·10-4 and content of hydrogen < 50·10-4. Obtained is a protective layer which has high heat-resistance during corrosion and oxidation, good long-term stability and is adapted to mechanical loading, in particular in gas turbine at high temperature.
EFFECT: production of protective layer, which is heat-resistant during corrosion and oxidation, has good long-term stability and is adapted to mechanical loading.
