FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: multi-layer heat insulating system consists of base out of heat resistant alloys on base of iron, nickel or cobalt, of metallic binding layer out of alloy NiCoCrAlX, where X is yttrium and/or silicon, and/or at least one rare earth element, or hafnium, of internal ceramic layer out of zirconium dioxide, preferably, of layer out of stabilised zirconium dioxide applied on metallic binding layer and of external ceramic layer containing 80 wt %, particularly to 100 wt % of chalcolamprite phase consisting either out of Gd2Zr2O7, or out of Gd2Hf2O7 applied on internal ceramic layer. Thickness of the internal layer is from 10% to 50% of common thickness of internal layer and external layer.
EFFECT: produced laminated system has good heat insulating properties, good adhesion with base and long service life.
