FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hydraulic engineering building, namely, to flattening of stone, semigravel and sandy beds of the subwater bases. The installation contains a load-carrying structure and the working body, moved against a load-carrying structure, which is executed in the form of a self-lifting platform. Installation includes a superficial structure in the form of buoyancy with an aperture in an average part for placing of working body. Distinctive feature of installation is that the working body has a rigid frame from two vertical and one horizontal truss, suspended to cargo carts for moving of working body against a load-carrying structure. The horizontal truss is supplied with the working cart with a flattening knife moved along it.
EFFECT: provision of exact positioning of the leveler.
