FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: rolling bearing incorporates single-flange outer and double-flange inner rolling races with two-stage rollers arranged therebetween. The upper tier roller larger stage with two segments contacts with only the rolling outer race along a line, while the lower tier roller larger stages with three segments contact with only the inner rolling race along the line. The upper tier smaller stages with three segments are in contact along the line with the lower tier roller larger stages. The outer race is press-fitted on the rollers to allow constant and equal rotational speed in opposite directions in each of the tiers. The outer race incorporates two safety washers. The lower tier roller smaller stage grooves, the clearance being allowed for, accommodates two segments of the upper tier larger stages. Here note that the diameters of lower tier larger segments in contact with the upper tier roller smaller stage three segments are equal. All upper and lower tier rollers contact with each other and rolling races along the three lines.
EFFECT: lower noise, higher load-bearing capacity, higher rotational speed and reliability.
