FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building and can be implemented in all branches of industry. The roller bearing consists of external (1) and internal (4) rings with rolling grooves and of rolling elements arranged between them; rolling elements are made in form of rollers (2) of two-stage type. The bigger stage of rollers (2) with two sections in an upper tier contacts in line only the rolling groove of ring (1); while bigger stages of rolling elements of lower tier (3) contact only the rolling groove of ring (4). Ring (1) consists of two locking washers (5) and two protecting washers (6) contacting spherical sections of ring (4). Washers (6) contain two rings (7) made, for example out of metal ceramics. The lesser stages of rollers (2) contact in line the bigger stages of rolling elements (3) of lower radius. Ring (1) is assembled on rolling element (2) and (3) with preliminary tightness and with constant and similar rotation frequency to opposite sides in each of tiers. The bigger stages of rolling bodies (3) contacting sections of the lesser stages of rollers (2) are equal. All rollers of both upper (2) and rolling element (3) of lower tiers contact each other and rolling grooves in three points forming load bearing integrated closed circular assembly out of rollers (2) of upper and rolling elements (3) of the lower tier. Rolling elements (3) are made in form of a ball. At least part or all rollers (2) have a coaxial hole closed on both sides with cartridges filled with foam plastic; while parts of a vibrator - a split ring and a roller - are freely located in the middle part; two faces are made on internal side in the zone of cut on the ring.
EFFECT: facilitating higher rotation frequency, reduced noise, increased hoisting capacity, service life and reliability of bearing operation.
