FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: potatoes, onion and parsley roots are cut and blanched; carrot and fish fillet are blanched and cut; fresh green peas are frozen. The said ingredients are mixed up with sour cream, eggs, table salt bitter black pepper and bay leaf without oxygen access. Produced mixture and fish bouillon are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: extension of facilities and dishes selection for production of new canned food with high digestibility properties from 4.2·104 to 6.3·104.
