FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: on the first stage of deacidification, sulphuric and phosphoric acids, ammonia are delivered to circulation flow of pulp. During deacidification in the circulation flow sulphuric acid mainly sweetened and the component of fertiliser is derived on the basis of ammonia sulphate. Pulp's pH limit 2.0÷2.8 determinates existence conditions of circulation flow. Corrosiveness of pulp is increased when pH is less than 2.0, and if pH is more than 2.8 contentious flow is infracted because of mobility decrease of pulp. On the second stage of deacidification pulp is over neutralised, notably that phosphoric acid mainly is sweetened. During re-deacidification, quantity of ammonia determinates qualitative and quantitative composition of ammonia derived on the second stage. The product is granulated and dried. Before granulation, nitrogen-containing component with weight ratio 0.5÷6.5 % is added in the product, carbamide, carbamide solution and ammonium nitrate are used as this component, notably that carbamide is added in recycle, and solution is added in pulp.
EFFECT: application of the invention allows getting wide fertiliser nomenclature with different compositions of nutrients in continuous effective process using available manufacturing equipment.
