FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method of production of fertiliser for sugar beet, comprising ammonium phosphates, ammonium sulphates, potassium and sodium chlorides, comprises mixing wet-process phosphoric acid with absorption effluent, neutralisation with ammonia of the mixture of wet-process phosphoric and sulphuric acids to the molar ratio of NH3:H3PO4, equal to 1.0-1.2 with obtaining sulpho-ammophos pulp, feeding of recycle and pulp for granulation, mixing the pulp with the sodium-containing raw material and potassium chloride, the product granulation, and drying the granules in a drying drum until the residual moisture content in the product is 0.8-1.2%, and the sulphuric acid is added in an amount of 2.65-2.9 t based on the monohydrate in 1 t of wet-process phosphoric acid in terms of P2O5, potassium chloride is added in an amount of 1.85-2.05 t per 1 ton of P2O5, and the sodium-containing raw material is used as ground sylvinite which is added in a weight ratio of sylvinite:potassium chloride, equal to 0.25-0.40:1.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a highly efficient compound fertiliser for sugar beet and to simplify the flow process.
