FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: jet device is intended for pumping of mineral slurry and sediments from wells and ponds, that is, from sweet water sources. The device incorporates an intake chamber, an active nozzle, a mixing chamber and a diffuser. The mixing chamber accommodates resilient plates arranged to get cockled to form helical surfaces thus forming grooves between the plates. One ends of the plates are laid in the intake chamber casing radial grooves, the other ends being arranged in the diffuser casing radial grooves. The aforesaid intake chamber and diffuser casing sections are screwed together and locked with a nut. The active nozzle is arranged to axially shift towards the mixing chamber side.
EFFECT: higher operating reliability in removing silt, sapropel, mineral slurry and sediments from the well or pond floor.
