FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: inventions are related to testing equipment and may be used for vibration tests of different items, including full-scale tests of instruments and sensors under conditions of simultaneous exposure to wideband vibration and intense physical factors of different nature (mechanical, electric and thermal). Piezoelectric vibration exciter contains casing, piezoelectric vibrator with at least one piezoelectric cell, vibration platform for installation of tested instrument, which is connected to vibrator via element of vibrations transmission, and facility of vibration platform alignment in relation to casing and vibrator. In vibrator elastic element in the form of diaphragm with piezoelectric cell place on it is additionally installed and fixed in casing. Element of vibrations transmission is made in the form of bar, which is connected with central part of diaphragm, and facility of vibration platform alignment is made in the form of at least one slotted membrane. At that central part of membrane is connected with vibration platform, and periphery part - with casing. Piezoelectric vibrator of resonance type contains at least one piezoelectric cell and element of vibrations transmission, which is connected to tested device. In vibrator elastic element in the form of diaphragm with piezoelectric cell place on it is additionally installed. Elastic element has mushroom shape formed by flat surface of diaphragm that faces piezoelectric cell with its angular protrusion arranged along the edge of diaphragm as fastening element to fixation to vibration exciter casing, and support that represents element of vibrations transmission, which is made in the form of bar as a whole with central part of diaphragm.

EFFECT: expansion of frequency range of vibration accelerations with application of quasi-static mechanical and electric fields and increase of stability of resonance characteristics at application of quasi-static mechanical and electric field.
