FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: piezoelectric vibrator includes a housing, a piezoelectric element and an electric voltage supply system to the piezoelectric element. The latter is made in the form of a pack of piezoceramic rings resting upon the base, and to the inner surface of which there attached to each other in opposite direction are key elements entering the corresponding slots in a cylindrical mandrel having T-shape in front section. Symmetry axis of the mandrel is perpendicular to the base, and a disc rigidly attached to the mandrel and located in upper part of the mandrel perpendicular to its axis, contacts with its lower surface to upper piezoceramic ring of the piezoelectric element. On upper surface of the disc there installed are measuring piezoelectric elements contacting with a two-stage cylindrical disc, to the upper part of which there attached by means of a fastening element is a tip transmitting the change of linear size of a pack of piezoceramic rings to the machine part. Outer diameter of the disc is equal to outer diameter of the pack of piezoceramic rings, and the base represents a plate of rectangular shape with four slots to be attached to the investigated object, to the upper plane of which there attached is a connector through which electric voltage is supplied to the piezoelectric element and lower piezoceramic ring of which rests upon upper plane of the base, and lower plane of the mandrel is located with a gap in relation to upper plane of the base. Current-nonconducting housing made in the form of a cylindrical shell encloses the piezoelectric element; lower end face of the she rests on the ring rigidly attached to upper plane of the base, coaxially to the mandrel, and its upper end face is closed with a cover plate with a central hole for the tip. In lower part of the base there is a cavity, the axis of which is coaxial to the mandrel and to the hole made in upper deformed part of the base, to the plane of which, facing the cavity, there bonded are strain gauges controlling the value of static force. Inclined holes made in the base serve for routing of wires to strain gauges.
EFFECT: enlarging frequency range of vibration accelerations at application of the specified spectrum of vibration excitation; enlarging dynamic loading at contact vibration excitation of objects.
