FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and is designed for testing induction motors after repair. The device incorporates symmetric thyristor elements in the circuit of every phase of the motor stator winding, a system of generating control pulses for symmetric thyrisor elements, the motor operating condition control unit, and adjustable induction current limiter. The current limiter output is connected to every phase of the motor stator winding, while its input is connected to the output of symmetric thyristors to reverse the motor.

EFFECT: simpler design of the device designed for testing induction motors after repair and generating sinusoidal voltage at the motor stator in conditions approximating to the operating ones.
