SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the operating instrument for a kitchen device with a drive shaft. The operating instrument includes the first and the second axial ends, with a claw clutch rigidly installed on the first axial end of the drive shaft for reception of the twisting moment and with a functional node installed on the second axial end of the drive shaft for food processing rigidly or with the possibility of dismounting. At this different from the claw clutch part of the drive shaft has a starlike profile in section.
EFFECT: prevention of the kitchen device from hard blows and pushes.
