FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: composition features the following component ratio, wt %: 50-55 of polyamide "ПА-6", 21-25 of filler, 4-6 of thermoplastic elastomer "ДСТ-30Р20ПС", 17-20 of butylacetate or ethylacetate. Thermoplastic elastomer "ДСТ-30Р20ПС" dissolved in butylacetate or ethylacetate is used as modifying agent. Glass fiber of 7-13 mcm diameter is used as filler. The composition obtaining method involves addition of thermoplastic elastomer "ДСТ-30Р20ПС" dissolved in butylacetate or ethylacetate to a mix of mechanically ground polyamide "ПА-6" and glass fiber of 7-13 mcm diameter, the mix dried at 90-100°C for 8-10 hours. The mix is stirred in mixer for 10-15 minutes at 20°C. Finished mass is retrieved and dried at 90-100°C for 10-12 hours to remove solvent, then fed to extruder, and extrusion of rods for granule production is performed in zones at screw rotation rate of 25-30 rev/min and temperature of 188 to 220°C.

EFFECT: increased impact resilience, mechanical and deformation properties of composition and reduced hygroscopic qualities.
