FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer compositions based on aromatic polyamides and ultradispersed mineral fillers and can be used to make parts and assemblies for tribotechnical purposes in machine building, aviation, automotive and other industries. Disclosed polymer composite material for injection moulding contains a polymer matrix based on semi-aromatic polyamide or a mixture of semi-aromatic and aliphatic polyamides in weight ratio of 1:(0.4-0.85), respectively, reinforcing filler, antifriction additive (modifier) and heat stabilizer – a complex of primary and secondary antioxidants. Said components are included in the composition at the following ratio: reinforcing filler 15-40 wt.%, antifriction additive (modifier) – 0.5-16 wt.%, complex of primary and secondary antioxidants – 0.05-1 wt.%, polymer matrix – the rest. Reinforcing filler used is chopped carbon fibre with thread diameter of 5-8 mcm, fibre length of 3-12 mm, or chopped glass fibre with thread diameter of 7-13 mcm and fibre length of 3-4.5 mm.
EFFECT: proposed invention allows to preserve operational properties of material at working temperatures up to 280 °C, dynamic and static loads, moisture, chemical media, in conditions of increased friction and abrasive wear.
