FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: device includes detector of displacement, which determines displacement of folding and controls actuation of sewing head. Therefore device function consists in synchronisation of stitch course generation by head with mutually controlled displacement of sewed material folding. It enables the user to displace folding in wide range of speeds, to start or stop displacement of folding as desired and to direct folding in any direction along flat bed.
EFFECT: possibility of free displacement of material layers folding on flat bed in relation to actuated sewing head.
