FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in determining qualitative composition of phospholipide complexes obtained from vegetable, foodstock and animal objects, for analytical and research works. The method involves drying of phospholipide concentrate obtained from examined samples in vacuum and dissolving it in chloroform, application of optimal quantity of chloroform phospholipide solution samples on chromatographic paper soaked in citrate buffer solution, performance of zonal high-voltage electropherography at 600 V for 60 minutes, after electropherography the paper is dried, dry paper strips are processed in 0.0012% rhodamine solution and dried at room temperature, zone detection in UV spectre is performed, and qualitative composition of phospholipide complex is performed by comparing to electropherogram of standard phospholipide solutions.

EFFECT: simplified method of determining qualitative composition of phospholipide complex for analytical research; shorter analysis time; reduced cost and increased precision of determination.
