FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: press contains loading bunker for initial raw stock and drive rotor equipped with matrices and cavity. Rotor is connected with drive through mechanism of interrupted rotary motion. Cam mechanism and heating elements are installed in rotor cavity. Spring-loaded puncheons that contact with cam are installed in matrices. Puncheons may fully or partially come out of matrices after completion of granules compression process. Cam has the possibility of rotation for change of granules compression extent.
EFFECT: increase of press operation efficiency and expansion of its technological resources.
