SUBSTANCE: hollow elastic-flexible tire containing a twisted spring is fitted along the wheel rim circumference. There are, at least, two cylindrically twisted springs that feature equal amount of turns and equal inclination of half-turns relative to the spring axis. The said springs are fitted one into the other with opposite direction of turns and, individually, every spring represents a closed-loop, that is, a continuous spring. A hollow pipe can make a blanket for producing the said springs.

EFFECT: simpler assembly and fixing of tire on wheel rim.
