SUBSTANCE: vehicle wheel comprises split rim composed of two conical discs with viscoelastic tire, thrust bearings run on the disc conical parts regularly in circumference. Gear or the set of toothed pulleys for variator belt with dual moulded tooth are mounted on the rim ID. Said belt doubles as a driven viscoelastic tire.
