FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: anti-icing fluid contains glycol, surface-active substance, as such oxy-ethylated higher fatty alcohols of fraction C12-C18 with oxyethylation number equal 7-10 are used, corrosion inhibitor, as such 1,2,3-benzotriazol or tolyltriazol are used, and pH regulator, as such alkali metal hydroxide is used. Anti-icing fluid can be used for on-ground processing of aircraft surface in order to remove snow-ice deposits and prevent repeated icing.
EFFECT: obtaining anti-icing fluid having low superficial tension, which can be diluted, when used, not only with distilled and/or desalted water, but with water which satisfies the rules, regulating quality of water from centralised systems of drinking water supply.
