FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of obtaining saccharine substances, namely glucose. Method includes supply of syrup to crystalliser, its mixing with massecuite, which is used as primer, cooling crystal mass in order to obtain massecuite. Its shakedown and centrifugation in order to separate glucose crystals from first flow-off and after their washing from second flow-off. Shakedown of massecuite in crystalliser is carried out by second flow-off with glucose equivalent 89-92% and content of dry substance 45-55% in amount 10-15% to massecuite weight. Shakedown is carried out with content of crystals in massecuite 38-42%.
EFFECT: improvement of massecuite quality, increase of glucose output and quality.
