FIELD: sugar production from intermediates in crystallization last step.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes massecuite boiling in vacuum pan to obtain end product; massecuite rocking prior to let thereof from vacuum pan into massecuite mixer receptacle with hot water; subsequent sugar crystallization from intercrystalline massecuite solution by several-steps cooling in massecuite mixers (crystallizers). In massecuite boiling process distilled soft monoglyceride in amount of 0.004-0.008 mass % is added therein to accelerate crystal growth. During massecuite crystallization in massecuite mixers when temperature is decreased up to 58-60°C also distilled soft monoglyceride in amount of 0.002-0.004 mass % is added therein to reduce solution viscosity.
EFFECT: deep molasses leaching; improved condition for separation of last crystallization massecuite in centrifuge.
