SUBSTANCE: invention is related to radio frequency systems, which are used for the purpose of navigation and, more precisely, to navigation systems of aircrafts (AC), which use signals of global positioning system (GPS) and include devices for protection against interferences. Navigation system (30) for unmanned AC contains the first antenna (32) for reception of GPS signal, the second antenna (48) for reception of GPS signal, the first unit (34) for suppression of interferences, which is connected with the first antenna, at that the first unit of interference suppression performs suppression of interferences in GPS signal with application of the first method of interferences suppression, the first navigation unit (44) for reception of signals from the first unit of interferences suppression, the second unit (50) for suppression of interferences, which is connected with the second antenna, at that the second unit of interferences suppression performs suppression of interferences in GPS signal with application of the second method of interferences suppression, which differs from the first method of interferences suppression, and the second navigation unit (60) for reception of signals from the second unit of interferences suppression, at that at least one of the first and second navigation units controls flight of unmanned AC.
