SUBSTANCE: invention concerns radio communications and can be applied in wideband radio station and data transfer system designing. The objective is achieved by spectral density reduction for spot jamming power at the receiver input by combining incomplete correlation processing with signal detection filtering. At the transmitting side the device includes first switchboard, linear frequency-shift (LFS) generator, first band filter, first mixer, output matching unit, first frequency synthesiser, timing unit and second switchboards, at the receiving side the device includes linear matching unit, second mixer, second band filter, dispersion compression filter, key, intermediate frequency amplifier, amplitude detector, integrator, multiplexor, first and second triggers, 'OR' unit, 'AND' unit, frequency splitter, unit of selective and controlling impulse emission and information signal separation, second frequency synthesiser, second 'AND' unit, and serial frequency-shift heterodyne.
