FIELD: physics; radio.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to radiolocation and can be used for design of mobile nonlinear radar systems for remote delivery duct monitoring (oil pipelines, gas pipelines and ammonia pipelines). Mentioned result is achieved due to that nonlinear radar is added with connecting first directional coupler, first gate, first adder, second sounding CWF shaping unit, second amplifier, second directional coupler, second gate, second adder, delay unit, intermediate frequency amplifier, phase detector, integrator, analog-to-digital converter and phase shifter interconnected and connected to the other elements of nonlinear radar in a certain manner.
EFFECT: higher detection range of combination signals formed by metal-oxide-metal contacts due to applied exposure with two independent probing chirp waveforms (CWF) and combined correlation processing and narrow-band interference filtration of desired signals followed by their composition.
