SUBSTANCE: invention relates to canning industry. Cans are manufactured by frying in melted butter and mincing shrimp meat, cutting, sauteing in melted butter and mincing carrots, garlic and onion, freezing and mincing spinage, parsley, celery and thyme, mixing the above components with wheat flour, dry white wine, fish broth, tomato paste, table salt and CO2-extracts of black pepper and bay leaves, packing the obtained mix in aluminium tubes, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: production of canned food with high digestibility.
